Axcel is looking for an ambitious candidate for a full-time position in our two-year Analyst Programme within Investor Relations. This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in private equity and develop a skillset that opens doors to careers in investor relations, strategy, or finance.
As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will become an integral part of Axcel’s Investor Relations team and gain hands-on experience across our core IR activities: fund reporting, investor communication and fundraising processes, as well as the preparation of materials for both existing and prospective investors. You will take on real responsibility from day one and work closely with the investment team, finance and external fund advisors to ensure high-quality, accurate and timely reporting and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting quarterly and annual investor reporting, including performance analysis, portfolio updates, and fund-level commentary
Maintaining and improving Axcel’s portfolio reporting tools and underlying data sets
Assisting in the preparation of fundraising and investor materials (pitch decks, DDQs, data room materials, case studies, track record analysis)
Preparing analyses and presentations for LP meetings, annual general meetings, and other investor activities
Conducting investor, peer, and market research (fundraising environment, LP trends, peer benchmarking)
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of reporting and investor requests
We are looking for candidates who:
Have top academic grades from a relevant programme and expect to complete their Bachelor’s degree by summer 2026
Possess a strong commercial and financial mindset with high attention to detail
Enjoy analytical work and communicating complex information clearly and precisely
Are structured, proactive, and motivated by taking ownership of deliverables
Are team players who thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across functions
Are fluent in both written and spoken English and a Scandinavian language
The full-time position will begin in August 2026, and you will have the opportunity to work part-time at Axcel prior to that while completing your studies.
